1. APPLICABILITY

This EULA (“End User License Agreement”) applies to the website, the products and the intellectual property rights of Soundsphat.


2. LICENSE GRANT

The product is licensed to a single user only. The sounds and the samples aren’t sold, but licensed, for any kind of commercial use in live performances, music production, film scoring, broadcast, commercial recording and similar use. A right to use the sounds, samples, presets or instruments is granted only to the licensee and is not transferable.

The user can install the library, presets, samples or instruments for his personal use on his computer system or storage, as long as he owns those systems. The samples contained in the library cannot be repackaged into commercial products (i.e. sample packs, sample libraries, loop collections or others). None of the content of the library can be used for commercial machine learning derivative products. If the full product or parts of the product will be used and commercially exploited directly or via third parties before obtaining a legal license of the product, no retroactive rights will be granted to obtain a license for any type of exploitation. Soundsphat will in such case retain the right to legally claim its rights at source(s).


3. RESALE

The sales are final. The user can’t share, copy, sell, distribute the sample, preset or instrument library to anyone else. It’s also forbidden to distribute the library in any kind of form including: packaging in loop and sample packs, multisamples, patches in a sampler, or any kind of music oriented and sample playback device. Filtering, layering, combining and/or resynthesizing the samples doesn’t change the above rule.


4. RIGHTS

Soundsphat always keeps the copyright and ownership of the sounds, samples, presets, instruments and the programs included in this product.


5. REFUNDS

Due to the content type of Soundsphat libraries, the libraries licenses are sold on a non-refund policy.


6. RESPONSIBILITIES

Soundsphat won’t be liable of any loss if the website will be (temporarily) unavailable. It’s responsibility of the user to keep a backup copy of the product for later use.

Soundsphat is not obligated to provide you with any support

All of your Soundsphat products are provided to you on an “As-Is” basis. Our products may include elements which diverge from propriety (e.g. rough tuning, sample imperfection, overdrive, distortion, noise reduction, and other various quirks in the sounds and samples).


7. TERMINATION

The license ends if the user breaks any of the terms and conditions of this EULA. Soundsphat has the rights to terminate the license if the user breaks evidently this EULA.
